Please Remember that the minimum order total for FREE shipping is $100.00 USD, Otherwise a $20.00 flat rate shipping charge will be added.
How to track your package:
When we notify you that your order has been shipped, simply log back in to your account on our website and you will find all the relevant shipping information next to your order.
Packaging:
All our cigars are vacuum sealed to preserve freshness and are shipped in their original boxes with bands, unless otherwise requested. We do open packages to inspect the merchandise prior to shipping, however if you would prefer to receive sealed boxes then please put “SEALED BOXES” in the comments section when you place your order. If you want us to remove the labels, or send them in plain packaging instead of their original boxes, please include any special instructions in the Comments section at the checkout when ordering.
Import Duties & Regulations:
We ship worldwide and as such it is impossible for us to inform you about customs and tax regulations of your country. It is your responsibility to comply with your country's tax, import and duty requirements.
Lost or Seized packages - Our Guarantee:
Your cigars are completely covered under our 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed policy. Once a package is confirmed lost/seized we will replace it at no extra cost to you.
Returns and Refunds:
All our cigars are stored in climate controlled conditions with a relative humidity of 65-68% at 16-18C to ensure quality and freshness.
However, In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with the condition of your cigars, or if you've received damaged merchandise, simply contact us, let us know the problem, and we will give you full return instructions and replace your order. For your own protection, we recommend that you ship the cigars back to us using a service that will provide you tracking and insurance.
You must return them to us in their original condition and original packaging within seven (7) days from receipt of your shipment. Cigars that have been returned to us without their original cellophane sleeves, tubes, or other "individual" packaging still intact, will not be accepted. Please note that Clearance Items and Cigar Seconds are not covered by this policy and because taste is such a personal thing, we will not accept returns for or cigars that you just do not like the flavor of and that have no quality issues.
If you have smoked more than 2 (out of a box of 20 or more), then we will only issue a pro-rated credit, per cigar.
NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE WILL BE ISSUED FOR RETURNS NOT COMPLYING WITH THIS GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS. |
